Receptionist is incredibly incredibly rude and condescending.
First of all, the office staff is insufferable. They are some of the rudest and most ignorant medical staff I've ever encountered. Secondly, maybe this doctor is good as an internist in general, but please do not go to him for late stage Lyme. He has no understanding of the full scope of the disease...or maybe he does and is just avoiding accountability. I don't know. But he's not ILADS affiliated which is a big red flag as well. I miss my drive to Pennsylvania to see Dr Joseph. It was a last hope venture that im glad i took a chance on. He saved my life.
