Dr Staffetti and his team really are truly excellent. It is very obvious that they care about their patients and make it their goal to put patients at ease. I felt so totally prepared for my first ever procedure as I was walked through it beforehand. I was also contacted the day before and the day after to check on my welfare. Very impressed and certainly recommend.

Dr. Staffetti has been my personal GI doctor for two years and my work colleague for six. He is patient, kind, and extremely thorough. He works very hard to make sure each patient gets the time they need. Highly recommend him and his practice!

I having been trying, every day, to get a call back concerning my biopsy results. Further surgery is scheduled tomorrow and still no return call. The message says not to leave numerous messages and now I see why! Perhaps more office staff is needed. Too bad, because I feel the doctors are good.

Never got to see the doctor. The front desk staff was so overworked and and understaffed that I waited 40 minutes past my appointment time and still had not been checked in. I arrived at my 8:45am appointment with my mailed check-in paperwork all complete. The receptionist was clearly swamped, she didn't want my paperwork at that time and instead requested that give her my name and have a seat. Been a patient for years complaining about extreme pain in my stomach that makes me pass out for years and years in and out of hospitals always was brushed off to do yoga I shouldn’t be in pain. Dr got to see it and wanted me to go back to ER refused to go and he refused to see me and discharged me from the practice. It’s laughable since I’ve been complaining for it for years. Very unprofessional

This review is not based upon Dr. Staffetti's abilities, but rather the effectiveness of his office staff. On 10/28 I called and scheduled an appt. with the office scheduler. I gave her my Insurance info. Humana, group ID#, etc. and was told my appt. would be on 11/7. Now I had already been to my Primary for the referral and they had submitted to insurance the authorization. So yesterday I thought "let me just call and double check" that everything was good to go. Dr. Staffetti is very knowledgeable and just as personable! HIs staff and coworkers are equally as pleasant and efficient, and they made sure my procedure went off without a hitch!

Dr. Staffetti is an excellent doctor in all respects. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain your specific situation in terms that are understandable. He made me feel very comfortable and his concern for my wellbeing was sincere. I would recommend Dr. Staffetti to anyone looking for an excellent doctor in his specialty.
