Always friendly and professional.
I was able to get an early appointment and an easy appointment for my procedure which went very well. My follow up appointment yearly always goes well. Dr Staffetti is very confident, friendly and always explains so I can understand. Thank you.
Every thing was great the day of my surgery, But after 2 weeks tryed getting hold of someone on the phone all day to find out about the biopsy, or have them call me back did not happen, only got answering machine and no return call. Did finally get a call back after trying for a few days.
Patients beware!!! Mrs Milos, the PA, was the rudest and most unprofessional person I have come across. She began my visit with a very loud and reprimandable tone in her voice and saying “this is an ongoing thing”, I had no idea what she was talking about and was an untrue statement.
