My recent visit with Dr. Wiggs and his staff was a great experience. It's always a pleasure to see everyone and they treat you with much respect. I look forward to seeing everyone on my next visit!!
My hygienist and the girls in the front were super nice. They were able to fit me in though I was late and as I spoke about why I was late they gave me lots of encouragement and empathy. Bonus, my teeth feel terrific and my hygienist answered my crazy questions. Love it here.
I went in to have my wisdom tooth filled, because the previous two fillings (done by a different dentist) fell out. Dr Wiggs's assistant took an X-ray, Dr Wiggs examined the tooth and said that by the time he cleaned it out, there wouldn't be enough tooth left to fill. He extracted it that same visit. Both he and the assistant gave me good information and answered my questions. I was given the choice of using Nitrous Oxide gas, which I accepted. Dr Wiggs numbed me very well. Excellent at all levels
I just had a cleaning a few days ago and a small filling today. Dr. Wiggs' office space is light and airy with a beautiful view of downtown Nashville. The staff is friendly but professional. When I got the filling, Dr. Wiggs gave me a pain free shot and explained every step of the procedure. That made me feel really comfortable. I'm very pleased with my treatment at Dr. Wiggs' office.
All the staff is wonderful and friendly which is nice upon arrival. Dental staff is just as great and good at their job. Being I had no cavities, etc. or no questions or plans for future work, I did not see Dr. Wiggs. Didn't feel that was right and missed him. Oh well. Maybe in October.
Flawless visit, except for my cavity and my not giving the right insurance info. Staff was great, Tech was great, Dr. Wiggs was great - all as usual !!!
Dr wiggs dand his team did an excellent job to replace 3 crowns. Everything ran on time, he did everything he could to make it painless and comfortable.
