Never go this place. I have a billing issue and they won’t return my emails or call me back. I call the office and they tell me “Brian is the only that can’t help me and leave a message”.
I received prompt service, thorough evaluation and attentiveness to my issue. I just wish the same regard to my medical issue would have reflected to my ability to perform my work as before this health issue. I went to work the same day I was seen and was in such pain that I couldn't work thereafter. I could not get a release from work until my follow up visit.
I have been a patient for the last 15 months and have been mostly satisfied. I had referred my wife for her first visit last week.. She did have biopsies done. My only complaint was that after the holiday weekend I had a hard time getting through to get the biopsy results. It took several phone calls and at least 30 minutes on hold. That needs to be improved.
