No, they never postpone my appointment Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Yes, they treat their staff with respect Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day? Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away Did the pediatrician ever make you feel like an inadequate parent? No, they never made me feel like a bad parent

I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Dr. Schachter is very kind and both of my kids really like him.
