Abbey was very professional, helpful, and caring. However, unfortunately Dr. Sarkissian seemed unfriendly, disinterested and uncaring. He also didn't explain what he was going to do right before he actually started the procedure. Thankfully, Carmen (who was wonderful) actually explained what was being done. After my appointment he was rushing out of the office which made it clear to me why he seemed distracted and disinterested during my appointment.
The staff and Dr. Sarkissian we're ABSOLUTELY wonderful! Treated my son with respect and talked to him the whole way through. So lucky to have found this practice.

Who likes going to the dentist but, Dr Sarkissian makes it as pleasurable as can it can be. Technical skill superb and an artist. Truly holistic bio approach. I am only a client not paid.
Let me start by saying I have had a lifelong fear of dentistry, a fear so strong that I avoided check ups and dental work for a decade. After trying and leaving several other dentists dismayed and fearful, I found Dr. Sarkissian's office. Much to my amazement, I felt relaxed, at ease, and confident in the care I was receiving. My experience has always been very positive. Liz Hermosillo is the best dental hygienist I have ever had, and I'm a senior citizen :)
The first time I called Dr. Sarkissian's office I was in great need and distress. Ebby came to my aid and offered me such support, compassion and warmth. She listened to me and made me feel heard and cared for and got me into the office the very next day. I found Dr. Sarkissian to be thoughtful and intelligent and very caring. I left there feeling supported and very positive about my experience!
When a patient comes in to do a treatment she has never done, it would be good to inform her beforehand how much it will approximately be. Instead he just kept an working on me and then I got the treatment plan for $6,500!!!! I paid $590 that day and left with nothing done. I went to see an other dentist and I'm receiving same treatment for 4,800. I had extraction and tooth grafting done for $280. Dr Sarkissan wanted to charge me $860 for same thing! I would not recommend this office at all.
If you are looking for a great dentist who uses natural and alternative solutions whenever possible for dental problems I would highly recommend Dr. Sarkissian. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and skilled in alternative dentistry.
