Dr. Sacksteder saw me at the Kaiser Permanente urgent care. He is the most caring Doctor that I have ever visited. He took his time to listen to me and to explain things to me. He saw that I was anxious about my health and eased my anxiety by educating me but also took me seriously by running tests. I’ve had poor experiences with doctors and this is the first time I felt truly helped. I’m extremely grateful that he happened to be my doctor today!

Horrible doctor. Does not care about patients well being or even stops to hear what the patient has to say. Doctors like this one is the reason why some people take extreme measures because they feel like they’ve hit a wall and have no one to help them or hear them out. My dad is also in the medical field and works at Hoag and I know I would’ve never gotten a careless doctor at Hoag. I was with hoag for years then had to switch to Kaiser, major difference in the physicians that they have/choose to practice.
