Yes, they were sympathetic and caring How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? There is no comparison! Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Did this provider use excessive foul language? No Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I made an appointment for cleaning but they insisted on making me get deep cleaning done and asked me to pay $230 for it. I refused to get it so they made me pay $35 for "wasting their time". I had to pay for a service I never received.

No, my decisions were always respected Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected

Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? Yes! I was able to choose between watching TV or reading a magazine Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Many! I got to pick my favorites from a huge selection Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions
