Great experience! Very clean office and friendly staff.
The best dental office I've been to. I've been coming to Smile Dental for over 2 years and Dr. Kim always make me comfortable and work together to address my dental concerns. My teeth always feel so clean after routine cleanings, they have never felt healthier! The staff is very friendly with greeting you and scheduling, and I've never had an issue with my insurance. Also, price is very reasonable compared to other dentists.
I would NOT recommend this dentist to anyone because of the office staff. I was in the middle of the process of implants from another dentist. However, the other dentist was a part timer who treated me, therefore I wanted an opinion and a price to finish it. The lady who gave me the price does not make sense. She did not even count one penny which I paid half of the industry price, such as each implant is $4,000.00. My crown of the front teeth fell out. Dr.Kim did a great job for me.
Amazing customer service, out of my 26 years of living in the Bay Area this is the best dentistry I have gone to. The dentist is kind and compassionate and does excellent quality work.
