Dr. Russell has been a terrific pediatrician for our son. He has always listened to our concerns as parents and given us straight answers. In particular, he has always been very engaging with our son since he was 1 up to now, 14. Dr. Russell has been practicing medicine for 42 years and has failed to keep up with the times. As parents, we brought up many developmental delays with our child and he failed to act upon them. It was a nightmare even to get our child tested for the concerns we had as parents. He refused to listen to our concerns and even had the gall to add an eye roll. The day Dr. Russell retires, which I hope is not less than another 16 years is the day we leave Duly. He is the definition of a doctor. If I didn’t look like Gandalf, I’d lie about my age so I could have him as my primary. Patient, informative, & knowledgeable are understatements. A staff that matches!
Dr Russell is the very best. He was my 36 year old son’s pediatrician and now is the pediatrician to my son’s 4 year old daughter. Every experience with him over these many years has been nothing but positive.
1 star is being generous. I believe this guy should retire. He has the bedside manner of a car mechanic who feels it is appropriate to swear in front of your children. I've seen DMG doctors for years and this is the first truly disappointing experience that has caused me to reconsider my relationship with DuPage Medical Group.
Not only an outstanding pediatrician, but an outstanding human being. Dr. Russell's compassion for not only the children but for parents, especially new parents, is second to none. We have never left with a doubt or question to anything he has ever told us. He listens to what we ask and always speaks with us, not at us. We stay with DuPage Medical Group because of Dr. Russell and his amazing staff.
Dr. Russell is so personable and approachable. He is fantastic with my son who really struggled with sensory issues when he was younger. His sense of humor makes everyone (kiddo and parents) feel comfortable. He seems like he truly cares about his patients, and their parents! A real treasure in the medical profession!

Dr russel is not only the best doctor for your children but he cares about parents too. As a young 23 year old mom I deal with a lot of judgement and dont trust doctors easily. He is a listener who wants to help and look deeper instead of just writting a script. I wish I could go to him myself! Hes truly someone you will appreciate getting to know.
We love everything about Dr. Russell!!!! We've had several Pediatricians...we have been with Dr. Russell by far, the longest! Wouldn't change a thing:)
