My apt was for 2:45. Didn't get seen till 3:30. 2nd apt was for 3:30 didn't get seen till 5.03 Would not recommend this office.
Absolutely THE BEST! Everyone in the practice from the reception to the ultrasound techs, to the nurse practitioners, to the PA’s to the surgical team and anyone else you come in contact with are AMAZING. I have never been to any doctor’s office where the entire staff was so professional, nice, understanding and kind. They all go out of their way to make you feel special. Prime Vascular Institute was excellent. The staff is lovely and very helpful. I went in for an artery and vein procedure and it was performed within 2 days. Krishna Harripersaud, PA-C was excellent. He explained the results to me and asked if I had any questions. He was very knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable chatting with him. I will certainly recommend this facility to all of my friends.
The doctors, medical staff and administration staff are all professional, dedicated, knowledgeable, compassionate and friendly. I have had numerous procedures and surgeries in various health and outpatient facilities but Prime Vascular’s facilities, especially procedure rooms, are the best I have ever seen. I highly recommend Dr. Ricotta, his staff and facility to everyone with vascular issues.
