We had rented a home from Joseph -- property beginning Jan 15 2018 through Jan 31st, 2019 at 2748 highlands creed drive, lakeland.. At first he appeared professional and courteous.. We asked for an extra key and he never gave us one so we had to make sure the key wasn't lost. The sprinkler systems were not operational and had to fix them as well as the property being infested with fire ants and wasps that he promised to remove,, he never did..
