We called Joseph in February and moved into our new home in early March. Joseph was always communicative and available. He responded immediately to any and all of our questions and was very flexible and understanding to our needs. He was even open to working in a housing market that was not his usual territory, and he did great! The market being the way it is you need someone that can think on their feet and act accordingly.
