I’m terrified of the dentist and always had a good experience with Dr. Hendrick and the hygienists. However, the attitude of one person at the office ruined it all. I felt belittled for seeking treatment elsewhere and not waiting the 5 days until I could get an appointment at this office for a dental emergency. Dr. Hendrick is great, but won’t be back.
I've been a patient of Dr. Hendrick's for many years. I have an awful fear of dentist. I can truly say he the most caring and gentle dentist I've ever been to. The staff is always nice and polite. I don't understand the negative comments.
I had my first appointment with Dr. Joseph Hendrick. I was very impressed with his staff, from the receptionist to his dental hygienist. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and the dental hygienist was very thorough. I really liked Dr. Hendrick.
AWFUL OFFICE STAFF rude and can’t take you asking questions about bill. Dropped me as a patient for questioning my bill, said I was rude because I was told before I left the office the balance was zero. Very disappointed as I have been a patient for many years, too bad for Dr. Hendricks that his staff is so bad. GREAT DENTIST caring and knowledgeable
Great dentist awful staff, they are rude and will call you a liar when they change how much they say you owe them. And when you challenge the bill they will accuse you of being rude a drop you as a patient. Love Dr Hendrick but his office staff is terrible
