Our door lock wasn't working right and the key kept getting stuck. Michael was very professional and quickly repaired the lock and checked that the keys worked. Great, fast service.
I had a great experience with Chris. I could not find my key for my bike lock, so I brought it into the store to see what they could do. Based on how much work it would require them to create a new key, Chris told me it would be better to get a new lock entirely that has its own key. I really appreciate the honest feedback and the time Chris spent researching keys to make it work. I'll be using them for my key duplicates for my new lock once I get it.
