Very informative and caring he even looked up information to see if my insurance covered the procedure at the place he did surgery at. Very encouraging and told me that if I needed anymore help or questions to just call the office. He assure me he was there to help

After 7 weeks of waiting for my procedure estimate, I had to cancel my appointment. I was under so much unnecessary stress. I called his office twice to try and get a rough estimate from Corina for what my procedure would cost and was told to be patient and wait. Long story short, the finger-pointing Dr. Jeanette gave proved why he would NOT be anyone I would trust. Be wary of this guy - and good luck navigating the health care process!
I recently had a case of Pilonidal Disease that was looked at by Dr. Jeanette. He's very knowledgeable and is just simply a very cool guy. He answered all of my questions pre and post-surgery and I had an overall great experience with him. 5 out of 5, I would highly recommend.
Dr. Jeanette did an excellent job removing the mast from my colon. He also repaired my hernia , removed my appendix and cancerous Lymph node. My experience dealing Dr. Jeanette was top notch, he answered all of our questions to the detail, he’s a true professional, I’m glad god brought him into life to perform my surgeries. If you’re seeking a Great General Surgeon, I’m here to tell you, you have found him. I have nothing but good things to say about this doctor. I’ve been having abdominal issues for many years. No one listened to my pleas for help. I was told so many false things about what was causing my extreme pain. Finally, Dr. Jeanette listened to me. Dr Jeannette recently did a hiatal hernia repair and funduplication surgery on me. He is very attentive to what you are saying and listens well. Also very kind and easy to talk to. The surgery follow up was excellent. I would highly recommend him if you are needing surgery.
Everything about the visit was perfect; I was seen “on time”, his staff was pleasant and clearly enjoy working with the doctor. The doctor examined me, explained the problem and the procedure he’d use to treat it. He answered my questions and then proceeded to set up the appointment around my schedule! I give him an enthusiastic “2 thumbs up”!
I went into the ER in excruciating pain and needed to have emergency surgery. I expressed my reservations to Dr. Jeanette. He was very understanding while also reiterating the severity of my condition. He explained everything to me regarding the procedure and left me very secure in his care.
