Hey Mark! It's Ted. You have not returned my calls and messages since December 2024. We took a chance on you, and you sold us an engagement ring and wedding band. The transaction and communications were all done remotely and virtually while we were in MD and PA, and you were in CA. The engagement ring came with an appraisal but did not come with the GIA certificate paperwork or receipt. The box and packaging were subpar.
