RecommendedJust attended a very informative class hosted by Joe Mier. Full of great information, very experienced and professional appraiser. I would give Mr. Mier a 5 Star Rating!!!!
RecommendedJoe did an awesome inservice at our Keller Williams office. It was full of great information about the appraisal process
RecommendedGreat service, and a leader in the community.
RecommendedVery knowledgeable and professional!
Ready to put our home on the market in June, we weren’t sure about what price to list it. We got it appraised by Joe Mier and worked with our realtor to list it at the appraised value. It was clearly priced right because we got a full price offer within FOUR hours. When the buyers had their appraisal done clearly they were happy and in agreement/happy with the list/purchase price. Thank you Joe for helping us get the best for our home. Your appraisal was fast and fair!
Trustworthy, invested in the community, and the nicest guy around!
I have known Joe Mier since he first came to Hammond (seems like about 15-20 yrs ago?). I can honestly say that there is not an appraiser I would trust more than Joe Mier. I have referred my customers and my friends and neighbors to Joe on many occasions and have always received positive feedback and thanks for the good job he did. If you want a quality appraisal by a professional who knows his market, Joe Mier and his team are the best.
