Pleasant surprise – Love Joseph Michael's Salon and Spa! One visit and you will ask yourself why you ever went to the nail salons in strip malls.... The staff create a relaxing space while providing high quality nail care! No drills, no razors and, no offense, but no one speaking in another language like you aren’t even there. The prices are very reasonable. I just close my eyes and get a pleasant surprise every time!

Amazing Hair!!! – I've been so lucky to have found Gregory Dickenson at Joseph Michael Salon. He has seriously changed my life. I have the curliest hair and he just knows exactly how to handle it. Most people don't understand how to deal with really curly hair, yet, he works his magic. I HIGHLY suggest you check him out!!!

Greatest Stylist in Chicago – So I use to see Gregory a couple of years ago in Chicago and then he went off to Miami to work with the stars. He's back in Chicago and I'm back to getting compliments on my hair. He does awesome color and incredible haircuts. My limp, lifeless hair is now funky, spikey and oh so easy to do. People stop me on the streets to ask who does my hair. Run don't walk if you want to work with a really talented and creative stylist.

Wonderful hair cut and stylist – First time in the salon. I was nervous and was immediately put at ease with the smiling faces. Amy was the stylist and I must say did a fantastic job with my hair. It is so wonderful that it takes me a few minutes to blow dry and go. I have had 8 people ask where I got my hair cut and it has only been a week. Excellent job Amy! I will keep coming back.

Amy is the Best! – I currently drive 2 hours (one way) for an "Amy cut," and would never think of changing. She takes time to listen and is so skilled at creating the best look for any type of hair. Whether you are looking for a trim or a total change, Amy is the best!
