We walked in on time and I had finished my online first time client information. They had it all ready for me and had me back in the office immediately. The Doctor was with other patients when I walked in but was right on time for my appointment. He never felt rushed but in detail went through the procedure with my wife and I and answered all the questions. We left feeling like we were in good hands. The office and the staff are great. I really felt confident in Dr Melvin. My big and only complaint is the facility as a whole. This place is extremely hard to navigate. There are also more than one "Granger Medical" offices in this hospital. It took me about 20 minutes to find where I was supposed to be.
