My wife had a jaw replacement four months ago. We have been leaving messages for a few days, for five weeks now, trying to get a call back. Even our orthodontist has been trying to get someone on the phone so we can get the OK to take the braces off. What a horrible experience. Having braces on for 5 week longer then needed is inhumane
He operated on me I only trust Dr McCain
I waited over 2 hours in the office just to eventually be seen by a horribly condescending physician. He showed zero compassion and had the worst bedside manner I've experience possibly ever. Stay away!
I've been in front of many ENTs, Dentists, Oral Surgeons..I've been in pain for over 3 years in my jaw..wearing turtle necks from swelling..The other Drs would scan mri, ultra sound, cat scan they would come back negative they would wash there hands of me and sent me to pain management..after many visits to many Dr's finally I found Dr McCain from referral of Tufts & he said he would not let me leave his office until we figured this out.. he sent me for exploratory sialendoscopy and found my right duct to gland was completel... read more
Dr MCCSin is the worst doctor and surgeon I have been to . He said he treated me like his daughter and performed over 14 unnecessary surgeries leaving me with fully body CRPS . Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome . I was his patient in Miami and he told me there was nothing he could do and said o should live on morphine the rest of my life and follow him to Mass . I chose not to listen to his awful advice .
Dr. McCain is an unbelievable physician. My Daughter had severe TMJ and with Dr. McCain's expertise and care, we explored every avenue in order complete her journey with this horrible situation. His staff and fellows were are amazing and knowledgeable. He simply cares about his patients and this shines through when you are with him.
While I had difficulties with scheduling, both surgery and office visits, Dr McCain is EXTREMELY CAPABLE, in my opinion as a patient and I would HIGHLY recommend choosing him
