He operated on me in 2008. I have been looking for a place to post my review since then (I could not find the correct spelling of his namebut I just found my old paperwork). He absolutely lied to me about the recovery time after my surgery. He stated clearly that I could return to work "in a week or two." In two weeks, my wounds were not healed, I had one infected wound and could not wear closed shoes! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Best podiatrist ever! Easy to get an appointment, the staff is very friendly and caring, and within minutes he was on the task of making my feet better! My feet have never felt so good. My husband also uses Dr. Joe... for a different reason, but he is just as happy with his care. He is a compassionate and swift decision maker, he really listens when you describe the problem and what you have tried from home to fix it. Then he springs into action! I have recommended this doc to anyone who will listen!

Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely!
