friendly,supportive and experianced staff. clean facility
Dr. Masessa was great!! My daughter had a radio knob that grew out of one of her earring holes (one of several). He talked me (mom) through the procedure and I felt very comfortable and confident in leaving my daughter in his hands. Great staff!! Good stuff!! :)
i did not expect this surgery to be big, but doctor and especially his staff showed excellent skills and expertise. good staff!!!!!

if i knew how long the procedure would take i would be mentally prepared more.
