The office staff is not professional. I tried to get information regarding co-payments, they were unwilling to help me, and when asked to talk to a supervisor, they kept transferring me and asking me to wait, it was like a game for them. I am sure they have someone specifically getting paid to deal with insurance and co-payments, they were just very defensive and I decided to just leave the practice unhasmed.
