Wonderful Service, fantastic office
the team does a great job and are very caring about the patient

The staff requests the patient to leave a review immediately following the surgical procedure. This gives the patient very little to assess how they truly felt about the processes and implies nothing of the actual outcome. Plus, A staff member sits next to the patient as he/she fill it out the feedback which only serves to pressure them into providing good feedback. This is not a meaningful method for garnering a quality performance rating.
