Dr. Grant’s medical procedure are acceptable. His patient care or bedside manner is beyond lacking. He has the mechanics of a skilled surgeon mastered, but he forgot to read the chapter on compassion. He works by rote. Anything outside the box he does not address or acknowledge. Two years after my surgery with Dr. Grant, I went to a surgeon in the San Francisco Bay Area for corrective surgery. This man was a genius and a caring person. Set the bar high before you have surgery.

I saw Dr. Grant because I had "Drop Foot" which makes it hard to walk. He performed surgery to correct it. That surgery affected my everyday life, and not for the better. After surgery I made an appointment to see Dr. Grant, and told him about my right leg constantly feeling numb, and tingling from my right ankle to my toes that did not stop. He said to me, "well, you don't have drop foot anymore" no compassion or concern at all. I regret going to Dr. Grant, it has affected my every day life.

Dr. Grant ruined my life. In 2011 I had a minor outpatient laminectomy. Woke up in recovery and couldn't feel my leg. His assistant, a bright red haired woman said my sciatic nerve was clipped during surgery. A few days later, extreme burning pain set in and I have had 24/7 searing pain that still won't go away 9 years later. He pawned me off to pain specialists and would not take one ounce of responsibility. Not even an Im sorry or even a screw you! Now I am permanently disabled and everyday am in pain. He took my money, we... read more

Dr Grant performed spinal on my back and thanks to his surgery from the surgery in 2008 I have been pain free and able to perform all my daily task with no problem. Through the entire process Dr Grant and his staff were great. They explained every step, was there for me, veery professional and kind and patient. I happily go back every so often to thank him for the great work he performed and for giving me a normal life pain free. I highly recommend him to family and friends he is great.
