Joseph Flanders was the worst attorney I could have hired for a custody case with my children. The guy just sucks $ from you and doesn’t help you solve your problems. Didn’t even accurately go through the order before submitting to the courts and it wasn’t right! Had to be re-written benefiting the other side. The result of the agreement the Mr. Flanders advised me was the best way, has now negatively impacted me for years. This guy just wants you $ and doesn’t care!
We used Joe for drafting a new Will and estate plan for my family. Joe was very knowledgeable and patient with our questions. He took the time to let us know what he thought and he offered a fair opinion on what he thought we needed. He communicated well and followed up. Thanks Joe! Five stars!
Joe Flanders "helped" me set up a special needs trust. Apparently he has no experience with these types of trust accounts. I just learned the account was not set up right and it cost me $2500! Thanks Joe for ripping me off while I lay in bed in a nursing home. I do not reccomend Joe Flanders.
