My son and I have been going to see Dr. Boesch for over 15 years. It is a pleasure and something we surprisingly look forward to going. He is very detailed, thorough, and caring. The office immediately bills the different insurances we have had through the years. Thanks to him and his staff, both of us are happily smiling.
I have had such a positive experience at Dr. Joseph M. Boesch, DDS PC. Dr. Boesch is both thorough and personable—he takes the time to explain everything clearly and instills real confidence in me as a patient. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. The wife/office manager is shockingly rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. Having worked in a nearly identical role myself, I am baffled at the way she speaks to customers/patients — she should not be interacting with people in a healthcare setting. Don’t be misled by the Google reviews. Dr Joseph M. Boesch and his staff are so professional and make it all about the patient. Never felt rushed and was so pleasantly surprised how long and detail he explained all the nuisances about my teeth. Probably one of the best experiences I ever had with a dentist.
Very friendly folks who welcome new patients: I am now set up for semi-annual check ups and enjoy the friendly and helpful staff - easy parking too, just off the Rockville Puke
