Until they got the deposit. Since then I had a hard time to contact them, get any date to start the job. So eventually I got the date and ... nobody showed up. Our office is staffed 12 hours a day. Paperwork delays are common for new services or upgrades because an Architect is required to be hired by the Client with paperwork submitted and approved by various City Agencies prior to start of work. We file and receive all permits prior to start of work, & arrange for required inspections. We do take all Client concerns seriously. I urge this Client to call my office and ask for me personally.
