Shelby got me over my fear of salons and anyone touching my hair (last time I had someone cut my hair, it was 10 years ago, and bad). She listened. Cut off exactly how much I wanted off and didn't pressure me to do more. She knew what I wanted despite my lack of words for what I described and even knew what would look good on me. She really worked with me and not against me and helped boost my self image. :)

I have always had straight fine hair and Robin makes me look like I have about 3 times as much hair! I always get the best haircuts from her and love my color! Always leave happy!!
