I would give this place a million zeros if I could . Springfield location , Swati. Refused to return my $2000 deposit. They wanted me to do an equal value exchange based on the hidden terms at the bottom of their receipt. I reported these people to the Pa Attorney General, The BBB , the FTC, and a bank dispute. I had to talk to two lawyers , pay $160 to take them to small claims court to which they ignored . They had my $2000 for 276 days before I eventually got it back .
I went to look at engagement rings and wedding bands.the lady was so helpful giving us so many options to fit whatever budget u look for she was very honest gave us a great deal also made our day more special. The ring looks amazing on my wife's finger.. Thank you so much... Charlene and Mike Davis

I’ve shopped at this jewelry store multiple times because they have a great selection, but the customer service is consistently disappointing. The lady is often rude and unwelcoming, which makes the experience uncomfortable every time I visit. On top of that, the store is rarely open during its posted hours. It’s frustrating to make the trip only to find the doors closed with no explanation. If the hours aren’t accurate, they really need to be updated.
