After an awful experience at Kay's across from Jacob's - we walked over and worked with Swati. She was very helpful. Helped me pick two ring enhancers which I'd been looking for and gave me a deal on them. Very patient and let me try on a bunch of different ones before making a decision. Been thinking about doing an upgrade on my rings for years and she helped me rip the bandaid and do it. Very nice choices!
