This entire franchise is a massive scam, my wife bought me 2 necklaces from here that were stated to be 14k gold and after testing both necklaces they were both thickly plated copper, the least expensive metal. Worst jewelry store ever. Extremely over priced and Trying to get rich off of one sale. Does not offer refunds or returns. Bought a ring Sunday changed our mind before we even left the mall. They still have the ring and wouldn't even cancel the transaction! Absolutely disgusting. No paper work no lifetime warranty. NOTHING.
