This was a great shopping experience. Scott was very professional, knowledable and friendly. His trainee Jake was nice as well. There were no high pressure selling tactics. I stopped in Joseph Jacob Jewelers looking at engagement rings and found the ring I’ve always wanted, after going to so many other jewelry stores for months. There was an amazing deal on the ring but I didn’t get it that day because I wanted to go back with my boyfriend but the ring I wanted got sold, 2 days later. Luckily the vp Scott was there and he said they would customize the exact ring I originally wanted. We had the pleasure of seeing Scott and Michelle. They were both lovely and incredibly friendly. I came in needing to fix my watch - one of the pins were bent. Scott looked at it and quickly fixed it, and then I was on my way in a few minutes. In the meantime I had a lovely conversation with Michelle. Fast, and quality service. I would recommend for any jewelry needs.
