There wasn't this review options back in 1992, however 0 stars for Joseph Mandiberg. He saw me after I broke my leg on Mt. Hood skiing and asked me if I was gay. Left me laying in a hospital bed for 5 days with my leg broken in 3 places, 2 spirals and a snap through. Said we had a to have a HIV test before he would operate. 5 days later results came back neg.
