Would you recommend this orthopedic surgeon to others? Absolutely Not Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Not really, but I found a spot Was the waiting area spacious? No, it was rather cramped Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely Not! Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No, but they said they were going to!

Doctor Isaacson glanced at the X-ray that had been previously taken in an other hospital where I was told that nothing was broken and announced to me "you have a broken vertebra.". He was right. Alll of my questions were answered. The staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was very satisfied with my visit. The office was very easy to locate.

This Dr operated on me in2007 and performed a total right hip revision...Since the operation I have had nerve damage to the extent of not being able to walk as well as on going pain...His demeanor is beyond absurd and as an example upon seeing my wife and eighteen year old daughter in the waiting area after my operation responded to my wife's question as to how the operation went he responded" same shit different day"...This guy is an absolute ....

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? I think so Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Not at all! They were boring and outdated

Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
