An unbelievable realtor and an unbelievable man! Joe was amazing in assisting my son in getting his dream apartment after relocating from Colorado. Joseph is a very capable realtor. He is warm, bright and made me and my house look good with his marketing and his professionalism and personality. I went into the process not knowing much about selling a house since it is the only one i have ever owned. I had no contacts for lawyers but Joe recommended me a quality lawyer and an excellent contractor and a guy to take care of a potential termite scare! Joe makes everyone feel comfortable. It was like I knew him my entire life.I am glad to now consider him a friend!
I really enjoyed working with Joseph. Working with him is like working with a friend you have had your whole life but with excellent understanding of marketing, analytics and with personality that seems to be disappearing in the age of technology. He'll treat your house as if it was his own and pick up a broom or a rag to clean to make sure the home looks as good as possible for buyers.
Joe is really remarkable. I've never had the pleasure of talking to a more down to earth sales person in my entire life. He is someone who is more concerned with the needs of the person on the other side of the phone than he is with making a quick deal. Very honest, very friendly, very sharp. For these reasons, I recommend him very highly.
