I got home from a Florida vacation to find out I had no hot water. I called at 6:30am, and to my surprise, someone picked up. They had a technician call me back within an hour, and in-person to my house at 8am. They verified that my hot water heater needed to be replaced, was under warranty, and started the work immediately. I had a new hot water heater installed and working by noon. Joe Giannone and his employees always have done excellent work, are reliable, arrive on time, the work is reasonably priced, and totally trustworthy in that it's done correctly and conscientiously the first time and every time.
They replaced a section of pipe in my basement. The work was done very neatly and expeditiously. I liked the way they stayed in touch with me before the appointment, arrived on time, and thoroughly cleaned up afterward.
