Went here yesterday and got the worst haircut I’ve ever received from Soussan. I’m truly so shocked. The salon itself is nice n clean n everyone was kind, but the haircut I received should be rated zero stars - pictures included (clearly crying). When looking in the mirror, I was horrified but I didn’t want to be mean and I kinda convinced myself that maybe it was just the way she styled it. Absolutely thrilled. The staff is so incredibly kind and welcoming. Joseph is so talented and always so focused and thoughtful while cutting and styling my hair. Thank you to Joseph & Friends for making me feel so beautiful and cared for. 10/10

Male - Went in a couple weeks back with long hair (length ~the end of my face, but a bit too long on the back), asked stylist if she had any ideas of what I can do to make it look more professional, but keep the length. She asked if i could show her some photos of ideas i liked and i shared a few with varying lengths, one with longer hair (ideal state), several with a slicked back look just a bit shorter.
