I’ve been going to Joseph for years now, and he is the only person I trust when it comes to cutting my hair. He truly listens, takes his time, and you can tell he is genuinely passionate about the art of hair. Last night, when I came home and saw what Joseph did to the back of my hair, I cried. I wanted to have layers all the way from my shoulders down. This is what he did (picture from today, before washing) and I won't be able to let my hair down at least for 6 months ... my hair looks like the skirt in the picture. And he won't refund the $200 I paid. (Had I realized what he did l, I wouldn't have paid but since I saw it too late, I asked for a refund. He said no.) Offers a correction cut. To do what? This was my first time at Joseph and Friends and first time going to Ernesto. I have been to several stylist over rhe past couple years, brought the picture, and left with a haircut that looked nothing like i showed them... not a bad cut but not what I asked for. Until Ernest... he listed, he discussed, he reviewed... and he cut my hair as I asked him to. I trust Jan to style my hair for all important occasions! Githa works hard to make sure appointments are made and confirmed. Thank you ladies! I am not one of the regulars at the Salon, but have visited the salon over the past 20+ years for some services. They always treat me warmly, with the utmost courtesy and always professional!! This Salon is a true gem for our area - highly recommend them! Wishing Joseph and friends continued success!
