Run from this doctor, and avoid Saint Catherine behavioral health. He is a corpulent megalomaniac, and he will speak poorly to you. He controls a small army of nurse practitioners and will not see you much anyway. Likely he will prescribe you large doses of Depakote until you feel sick. This doctor and his staff are not recommended at all.

When asking about this doctor, someone who works at the same hospital said, “get him out of there,” and another currently on the clock said, “do not leave here without your son.” This doctor took away visitations from our loved one because we were asking questions. The charge nurse asked why he was put on restrictions, “Is he a danger to himself/others, is his behavior poor?” All answers were no. If you expect great care, do not seek treatment with this doctor nor any of his staff. He will prescribe medications that will make you sick. Then give you more to combat the nausea. Do not expect communication with any family nor more importantly with the patient! If you disagree with him, plan on staying longer.
Terrible. Doesn't listen to patients. Doesn't change medication when you say it isn't working, after giving it the time to work. Assumes everything. If a patient says without a doubt they DO NOT think they are depressed. ...maybe you should look into other areas instead of forcing a pill down their throat that they said doesn't help. Its time to brush up on your knowledge of medical advancements, doc. I do not recommend this guy to anyone. He is bad.
Dr. Fanelli diagnosed my daughter's disorder and knew how to treat it after 20 years of so called "good" psychiatrists who did nothing. It is worth the wait to see him and closer than Mayo Clinic .
Dr. Fanelli put me on 8 prescriptions, 3 narcotics at once. He then took away my antidepressant. Anyone at work reading this knows that medically that is a definite error. You don't take away my antidepressant when I have Major Depression.
