I had scheduled my first visit from having experience with Joyce through another friend of mine that had stated she gave create service. Waited two months only to be told 2 hours before my appointment that it was cancelled due to an emergency. The next best date for my time schedule wasn't until November with no sympathy or rebuttal. Horrible experience and unprofessional.
