I've been seeing Dr. Richetti as my PCP for 5 or so years now. I chose him because his office is so close to my home, but I have stuck with him because he has consistently been a great doctor. He doesn't rush through appointments and is friendly/easygoing. I generally get prompt responses through the UPMC app or calling when I need help with a prescription. The office staff are rude and ignorant when you try to call them about anything. Dr. Richetti is great at dismissing patients concerns. Go somewhere else.
