I recently became a patient of Dr Pazona and his nurse practitioner Tapscott. I have had 2 appointments with Tapscott and my fiance and I were very satisfied with her professionalism. After a different urologist office drug their feet to make an appointment for me, I was able to make an appointment in the Pazona office for the very next day.Showed up, got problem resolved in one visit.Awesome service.
Professional efficiency and takes adequate time to answer your concerns. Not rushed. Low wait times. And did not need me to undergo unnecessary test. Very personable physician and told me what was the best for me and him.
I was handled in a most professional way. I would recommend this practice to anyone!
Dr. Pazona and the whole team at Pazona MD are terrific. He and NP Whitney Workman got me through a couple of urological issues including a cancer scare with expertise and compassion. Unlike any other doctor I have had, Dr. Pazona even returned a call to me personally on the morning after my procedure, and did so within an hour! Impressive! I don't know if that is typical for him but is indicative of the level of attention he and the team pay to their patients.
Great staff, but would never recommend Dr. Pazona! Didn't want to finish treating me until I was satisfied with his surgery that failed to work.
This was my first visit with Dr. Pazona. He was very personable and made me feel he was interested in helping me find a reason for my issue. I feel he is sincere in his desire to help his patients. He also has a nice front desk staff.
Pazona is just a cool dude and a very thorough doctor. He makes a vasectomy not as bad as it could be. He's down to earth and cracks jokes with you during the procedure. Before you know it, it's all over and you're out of there. He's not your typical stuffy doctor just trying to get in and out of the room with you like most I've dealt with are. He's definitely my urologist moving forwards. I highly recommend him.
