When I saw Dr. Hermann in Conifer, he said to me, "Every cell in your body has the intelligence to heal itself." This is a doctor who knows the big picture about healing and health. I was able to finally get a diagnosis of celiac disease and move on with my life.
My husband went into the office complaining of multiple symptoms, they brushed him off didn’t follow-up and gave him indigestion medicine. Fast forward 3 months and he went in for his annual with the same symptoms. Dr. ran bloodwork to find he was seriously anemic, to the point he was at risk of a heart attack, said go to the hematologist, but didn’t send it with urgency and waited another three weeks to see the hematologist. Put quite simply, doctor Herman is the finest physician with whom I have ever worked. He consistently takes a genuine interest and invests the time required to maximize benefits to his patients. In addition to his extraordinary years of experience, he is a good man with a caring heart.
Dr. Hermann is a caring professional we have used for many years. Cindy his assistant is wonderful. I find it hard to believe that anyone in that office was ever rude.
Treated like a hypochondriac and his nurse was extremely rude
I have a terrible fear of doctors. Took day's to dial, and ask for help. Never got past the receptionist. Tried to explain my problem, she would not listen. Have had an ear infection for 2 months, yes my phobia is severe. Reached out for help and got smacked down instead. Compassion, look it up.
Dr. Hermann has many years experience providing expert medical care. The staff is wonderful and I have been treated with nothing but respect. I highly recommend Lakewood Family Medicine for quality care for the whole family!
If I could give zero stars I would. The phrase "customer service" is not in this practice's lexicon. In fact, they are downright rude. Do yourself a favor and find another medical provider. You can thank me later.
My whole family has used Dr. Hermann for many years. He is a down to earth and very knowledgeable. I would recommend him every time.
