He is the best PMR of this time. And to be trusted for an unbiased assessment of your total medical neuro and orthopedic needs. IGNORE less than 5 ratings as these are disgruntled patients who were scamming work comp.

Office staff is terrible! Rude and unwilling to help. So rude I called my insurance company to file a complaint.

Dr. Galate is direct and informative about appropriate treatment options. The staff are always helpful and friendly. I feel cared about and comfortable at his office.

My Dad was an OB/GYN. And, I have an old school view of doctors. I'm not interested in expensive carpet and artwork on the walls of a waiting room. I'm not interested in this new "touchy feely" way doctors are going about with their patient interaction. I want the focus to be strictly on my medical problem and I found Dr Galate to be all about that. My Father (who was a doctor) would have liked his intensity while examining my medical problem. And, I like him too !

Straight shooter. I thought I would need surgery and he said it's not worth it. Epidurals will be enough. He went out of his way to make me comfortable and educate me on my back issues and how to try to avoid further issues in the future. He's not a hold your hand and coddle you kind of guy. He's very blunt and informative instead of telling you what you want to hear in order to get brownie points.

Dr. Galate is AWESOME! If you want someone that is willing to fight for the best interest of his patients, not just what the insurance company is willing to pay for, this is your doc! Dr. Galate is a tell-it-to-you-straight, no nonsense doc that I respect and appreciate
