Dr.Kiefer was highly recommended for my toe surgery and I was not disappointed. From my initial visit to surgery yesterday, his compassion, caring, and professionalism was top notch. His office personnel exhibit those same qualities.

I had an office visit today with Dr. Kiefer. I was very pleased with staff and doctor. The staff were kind and professional. I found the doctor to be knowledgeable, compassionate and professional. I am very relieved that the outcome of my office visit was positive and a new partner to my healthcare team. The office staff went out of their way to expedite my first appointment due to the severity of my situation.
Sadly, a patient in pain would rather continue to be in pain then be treated as I was by a doctor?s office staff. While I can?t say anything about Dr. Kiefer as I never actually saw him as a result of his staff. All the other healthcare professionals that I have seen at multiple locations though this experience have had empathy, compassion and a genuine concern for my wellbeing and actually happy to see & help me. That is completely absent at Dr. Kiefers office!
