It’s extremely unfortunate that I have to leave a medical office a review, but the level of incompetence and poor communication at this office has become unacceptable. Every single time we have needed a referral to see a specialist, we have experienced the same issues: delays, poor communication, and being given the runaround. Amazing, knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Joseph takes the time to listen to his patient and then gives excellent care.
This doctor was assigned as my PCP by insurance and every experience with him and his office has been a nightmare. Poor, inattentive and VERY slow, it’s impossible to get crucial rx’s refilled or a referral (often required by insurance). And good luck ever seeing a doctor. You will be told you have “the first appt of the day” only to wait 3-6 hours in a dirty crowded office
