Despite calling them 7-8 times to schedule a quote to get my roof repaired/resealed (speaking to a receptionist in person at least 4-5 of those times), I continued to fall off their radar. Ongoing excuses: My information would get lost or other jobs would take precedence over mine. If you don’t want the business, just be honest with your consumers/callers so people don’t have to keep wasting their time reaching out to you.
We had an estimate from another contractor for $8,000....Del Buona Construction did the same job for $1250 and it was done before we expected. Can say enough how much I appreciate their work and honesty.
