Dr Chun is good but the staff are horrible!! Not helping, not committing and not willing to listen!!!!!
I have been coming to Optum - Irvine for a couple years and the staff are all so very nice & welcoming. I want to give a personal shout out to Euri (front desk) for being very kind, patient, and attentive to my needs. Dr. Chun's office is exceptional, highly recommend.
My experience has been great! I've have been going here for years. They have a new location on 5581 alton.
If you don’t speak Chinese don’t bother to stop here. They won’t help you
